How It Works (Under-Lash Technique):

1. PREP: Cleanse with Bubble Lash Shampoo. Apply Hydrogel Eyepads.

2. BOND: Apply a small amount of Express Bond to the base of the selected lash cluster.

3. APPLY: Lift the eyelid and place the cluster under your natural lashes, about 1-2mm from the waterline.

4. SEAM: Continue application across the eye.

5. SEAL: Once finished, gently press the bond points with tweezers, then apply Lash Seal over the bases.
